FunctionLPJ008A-T-R2 adds 802.3at PoE+ power to existing non-PoE network links without replacing switches. It combines data and power over single Cat5e/Cat6 cable. It detects powered devices automatically, monitors port link status, PoE power delivery and internal temperature. It triggers alarms for over-current, over-temperature and overload protection. Used to upgrade legacy networks for PoE devices.

InstallationMount LPJ008A-T-R2 on 19-inch rack. Connect switch Ethernet cables to data-in RJ45 ports. Connect PoE output ports to end PoE devices. Connect AC power cord and turn on power switch. Verify power LED, port link LED and PoE status before putting into production.
