Module Feature

M3157T belongs to Baldor general-purpose three-phase squirrel-cage induction motor. NEMA 145T steel foot mount frame,rated 2HP,1800RPM,208-230/460VAC,TEFC totally enclosed fan cooled construction. NEMA Design B torque characteristic,Class F insulation,service factor 1.15,continuous duty rating. Widely used on fans,pumps,blowers and material handling equipment.

Working principle

Three-phase alternating current generates rotating magnetic field inside stator winding,induces current in squirrel-cage rotor to produce driving torque. Shaft-mounted fan delivers forced air cooling for sealed TEFC housing to dissipate winding heat.

Installation
