Module Feature

AUTOMATION is a general automation product brand and platform covering a full range of industrial control components.

Working principle

PLC executes user logic program to collect field sensor signals and output switching or analog commands.

Drives convert bus power into adjustable power to control motor speed and position. HMI provides local data display, parameter setting and manual operation. The whole system realizes automatic cycle control, interlock protection and data exchange.

Onboard components

CPU controller, power supply unit, I/O circuit, communication chip, display panel, wiring terminal block.

LED indicators

Front LEDs indicate power status, run state, communication link and fault alarm.

Hardware self‑diagnosis

Built-in monitoring function detects power loss, bus interruption, channel short-circuit and internal hardware failure, and fault codes are shown on HMI or configuration software.

Programming softwareDedicated automation programming tool, used for logic programming, parameter download, online monitoring and fault diagnosis.

Installation

Install devices in control cabinet with good ventilation.

Connect power cable, sensor signal cable and communication line, download control program and test interlock logic before commissioning.
