Function

CP451 is the core processor module of FCS field control station.It executes real-time PID control,interlock logic,sequence batch control,alarm management and historical data collection.It communicates with HIS operator station,engineering station and remote I/O modules via Vnet/IP bus.Dual CP451 can form redundant configuration,standby module synchronizes data in real-time,switch over without disturbance when main CPU fails.

Installation

Install on FCS chassis backplane slot,connect Vnet/IP network cable to dual Ethernet ports,configure control strategy and redundancy parameters via CENTUM VP engineering software.Hot swap supported under redundant configuration.
