Module Feature

SRVSPM10KRIL is a heavy-duty servo power module with rated power 10kW, three-phase 380VAC input. It integrates IGBT power stage, DC bus capacitor assembly, Hall current sampling circuit and temperature detection element. It receives PWM drive signal from upper control board and outputs adjustable three-phase AC to servo motor. Built-in electronic short-circuit limiting, overcurrent latch protection and temperature monitoring. Compact rack mount design, good anti-vibration performance. Widely stocked as maintenance spare for machine tools, packaging machinery and automated production line motion cabinet.

Working principle

Three-phase AC is rectified into stable DC bus voltage inside the module. External servo control board sends PWM gate signal to drive IGBT, converting DC into variable frequency and variable voltage AC for motor driving. Current and temperature signals are fed back to control board for closed-loop protection. Once fault occurs, power output is shut down rapidly to avoid secondary damage.

Onboard components

IGBT power module, DC bus electrolytic capacitor bank, Hall current sensor, gate drive circuit, NTC temperature sensor, power copper bar, signal connector and coated PCB assembly.

LED indicators

Power and fault status feedback are transmitted to servo controller; limited status LED on module edge.

Hardware self‑diagnosis

Built-in supervision detects output short circuit, overcurrent, over-temperature, bus voltage abnormality and sensor failure. Configuration and fault diagnosis are completed by supporting servo commissioning software.

Installation

Cut off AC power and fully discharge DC bus capacitors before replacement. Check heat sink contact and cooling air path, align power copper bar and signal connector, verify PWM signal from control board, test no-load operation after commissioning.

Interface

Three-phase AC input terminal, servo motor output terminal, DC bus terminal, control signal connector from servo controller.

Diagnostic

Overcurrent alarm: IGBT breakdown, motor cable short circuit. Over-temperature alarm: Heat sink fouling, cooling fan failure. No output: Missing PWM drive signal, gate drive circuit damage.
