System compatibility39SAIAAN is compatible with SIEMENS MOORE APACS+ and QUADLOG distributed control system. It installs in APACS rack chassis, works with ACM controller series and matched marshalling termination boards to collect field analog signals.

FunctionThis SAI standard analog input module receives 4-20mA signals from field transmitters, converts analog signals to digital data and transmits to system controller through backplane bus. It collects pressure, temperature, flow and liquid level measurement signals for process monitoring and closed-loop control.

InstallationPower off the rack chassis before installation. Insert the module into designated rack slot and lock the front latch. Connect ribbon cable between module and marshalling termination assembly, wire field transmitters to terminal blocks. Configure channel scaling parameters after power restoration.
