FunctionThis high dynamic synchronous servo motor adopts rare-earth permanent magnet design, features low rotor inertia and high overload capacity. Equipped with BR spring-applied holding brake for shaft locking when power off. KTY temperature sensor monitors winding temperature in real time to prevent overheating damage. RH5L resolver provides high reliable position and speed feedback for servo controller. SB60 integrated connector simplifies wiring of power cable and feedback cable.

InstallationDisconnect drive power before installation. Mount motor by flange or foot mounting. Align coupling or gear unit carefully, avoid radial and axial over load. Route power cable and feedback cable separately to reduce interference. Wire KTY temperature signal and brake control circuit to servo drive. Perform motor identification and encoder offset calibration before commissioning.
