System compatibility063-503 (NF063-503) is SEW three-phase mains EMC filter. It is matched with SEW high-power frequency inverters,installed between AC power supply and inverter input terminal. It suppresses high-frequency interference generated by inverter switching,protects surrounding control equipment from EMI disturbance. Widely used for maintenance and spare replacement of legacy SEW drive systems.

Function063-503 is dedicated EMC power line filter for SEW inverter system. It attenuates conductive high-frequency noise from the inverter to power grid,reduces electromagnetic interference to PLC,sensors and other weak signal devices. It adopts multi-stage LC filtering circuit,restricts surge and harmonic interference on AC input side. Metal enclosed structure provides good shielding performance. It helps the whole drive system meet EMC standard requirements. No internal adjustment potentiometer or DIP switch.

InstallationPower off the AC main power supply before installation. Mount 063-503 filter vertically on metal cabinet backplane with fixing screws. Use short thick copper cables to connect filter output terminal to inverter input. Separate filter input power cable,motor output cable and low-voltage control wiring. Keep proper grounding,connect filter housing to cabinet protective earth. After wiring,check insulation before power on.
