System compatibility055-503 is SEW plug-in control board,designed for legacy MOVITRAC series inverter. It cooperates with power supply board,IGBT power unit and operation panel. It serves as the core logic control unit for low-power variable speed drive,used for maintenance and spare replacement of old SEW MOVITRAC inverters.

Function055-503 is dedicated printed circuit control board for SEW MOVITRAC inverter. It receives analog speed setpoint and digital run/stop signals,calculates and outputs PWM drive pulses to IGBT module. It samples DC bus voltage,output current and power module temperature signals,activates overcurrent,overvoltage,undervoltage and overtemperature protection. It supports parameter storage and fault history recording,parameters can be edited via local operation panel. Onboard DIP switches for input signal mode configuration. Dual LED indicators display board power supply and fault alarm status. Built-in EMC filter circuit to suppress cabinet electromagnetic interference.

InstallationPower off the whole drive cabinet and cut main power supply. Discharge DC bus capacitor before disassembly and assembly. Insert 055-503 control board into inverter internal slot and fasten fixing screws. Connect backplane connector for power and signal transmission. Separate low-voltage control wiring and high-power motor cables. Power on the inverter,configure motor parameters and test motor start,stop and speed regulation performance.
