Module Feature

Sanyo Denki S-F682000DH41 is a high resolution rotary encoder matched for SANMOTION series servo motor. It can detect real-time rotor angle, rotational speed and absolute position of servo motor. Adopt optical scanning measurement principle, strong anti-interference capability, high signal precision. Compact integrated structure, directly mounted at the rear end of servo motor. Stable output of differential signal, suitable for high speed dynamic motion occasions. Widely used for precision position feedback of motion axis in semiconductor wet bench and chemical delivery automation equipment.

Working principle: The encoder rotates synchronously with servo motor rotor. The internal optical reading head reads the grating disc signal, converts mechanical rotation angle into digital differential signal, and feeds back real-time position and speed data to servo drive. The servo drive compares the feedback value with command value to complete closed-loop motion control, so as to realize high precision positioning.
