Module Feature

Sanyo Denki QS1A03AAN AC belongs to SANMOTION Q series compact AC servo amplifier. It adopts AC200V single phase input design, small footprint for cabinet installation. Compatible with Sanyo Denki Q series small frame AC servo motors. Supports three control modes: position, speed and torque. Accepts pulse train command and analog speed/torque signal. Built-in multiple safety protection including overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheat, overload, encoder error and emergency stop protection. DIN rail mounting, compact metal housing, good heat dissipation performance. Widely used for small load positioning axis in semiconductor wet bench and chemical delivery automation equipment.

Working principle: The servo drive receives motion command signal from upper controller. It converts AC input power into three-phase variable frequency AC power to drive matched servo motor. Real-time receiving encoder feedback signal from motor, closed-loop calculation to adjust output current to achieve precise position, speed and torque control. When fault occurs, the drive immediately cuts off power output and triggers alarm signal.

Function

QS1A03AAN AC servo drive manufactured by Sanyo Denki. It provides power driving and closed-loop control for small servo motor. Improper encoder wiring, mechanical overload or parameter mismatch will trigger servo alarm and stop movement. It is compact motion control driver for wet bench automation equipment.

Installation

Follow lockout/tagout safety procedure before installation. Power off the whole servo system. Mount servo drive on DIN rail. Wire AC power, motor power cable and encoder feedback cable. Wire control signal and emergency stop circuit. Configure parameters via SANMOTION software, perform jog test and positioning test before formal operation.

Diagnostic
