Module Feature

Sanyo Denki P50B07040DXS00 E is AC brushless servo motor adopting low inertia rotor design. Rated power 400W, AC200V input class. Equipped with built-in high resolution incremental rotary encoder for closed loop position feedback. Compact flange mounting structure, excellent low speed running stability, high torque density. No built-in holding brake. Reinforced bearing assembly, strong vibration resistance. Widely applied to horizontal axis motion positioning in semiconductor wet bench and chemical delivery automation equipment.

Working principle: The matched servo driver outputs three-phase AC power to motor windings. Built-in encoder feeds back rotor angle and speed signal continuously to servo drive. Driver dynamically adjusts output current to realize precise control of torque, speed and position. Without power-off holding brake, external mechanical stop should be adopted for vertical load application.
