Module Feature

Sanyo Denki 68ZBM035HXS76 is 2 phase hybrid stepper motor, step angle 1.8°, rated holding torque 3.5 Nm. NEMA23 standard flange mounting, motor body length 76mm. High rigidity bearing assembly, strong resistance to vibration. Rated phase current 4.2A, phase resistance 0.67Ω, phase inductance 3.0mH. Compact structure with high torque density, stable low speed running performance. No built-in holding brake. Widely used for light and medium load precision positioning in semiconductor wet bench and chemical delivery automation equipment.

Working principle: The matched stepper driver outputs phase current in sequence to motor windings. By changing the energized phase sequence, the rotor rotates by fixed step angle each pulse. Upper controller sends pulse signals to control rotation angle and speed. Open-loop motion control, simple wiring and easy commissioning.

Installation
