Sanyo Denki 3P30B06020PXS00 belongs to SANMOTION P3 series three-phase AC brushless servo motor. Rated power 200W, AC100V power class, low inertia rotor design. Built-in 2000 P/R wiring-saving incremental rotary encoder for closed-loop position feedback. Compact 60mm square flange structure, excellent low-speed running stability, small torque ripple. Standard precision bearing assembly, good vibration resistance. No built-in power-off holding brake, suitable for horizontal axis positioning application. Widely applied to small precision motion axis in semiconductor wet bench and chemical delivery automation equipment.

Working principle: The matched servo driver outputs three-phase AC power to motor windings. The built-in incremental encoder continuously feeds rotor angle and speed signal back to servo amplifier. The drive performs real-time closed-loop calculation and adjusts output current, realizing precise control of torque, speed and position. Without power-off brake, external mechanical locking device shall be adopted when applied to vertical load.
