Products Description
Maxon GG433-2030-9 Gas Burner Unit

Module Feature
GG433-2030-9 is Maxon multi‑orifice straight flame industrial gas burner. It adopts integrated gas distribution manifold and multi‑hole flame tip design to mix fuel gas and combustion air evenly.
Anti‑backfire structure improves operation safety. It supports wide turndown adjustment to match variable heat load demand. Commonly matched with flame scanner, ignition device and safety shutoff valve, widely used for heating furnace, drying oven and thermal oxidation equipment.
Working principle
Combustion air and fuel gas are separately delivered to the mixing section of burner. The mixed gas flows through precision orifices and is ignited to form stable straight flame.
Upstream control valves adjust gas‑air ratio to change heat output. Flame detector continuously monitors flame status, and triggers safety shutdown interlock once flame loss occurs.
Onboard components
Heat resistant alloy burner head, gas distribution manifold, multi‑orifice flame tip, air inlet flange, gas inlet port, ignition mounting port, flame sighting port, mounting flange.
LED indicators
No built‑in indicator lamp. Flame alarm status is displayed on matched flame safety controller cabinet.
Hardware self‑diagnosis
The burner itself has no electronic diagnosis; safety diagnosis is realized by external flame amplifier, pressure switch and safety valve loop.
Programming software
Not applicable.
