Module Feature

R911190005 is the official Bosch Rexroth Indramat part number for model HVR03.2-W045N, belonging to the HVR regulated regenerative power supply family for the DIAX04 servo platform. Working principle

Three-phase AC power is rectified and regulated into constant 750V DC for connected servo inverters. When servo motors decelerate, regenerative energy is returned to the mains grid through the active IGBT circuit. When grid feedback capacity is exceeded, the internal bleeder resistor bank activates to consume excess energy and protect the DC bus. Internal sampling circuits continuously monitor bus voltage, output current and module temperature, exchanging status and alarm signals with the servo control system over the dedicated drive bus.
