Installation

Installation steps: Follow lockout/tagout safety procedure before installation. Cut off encoder and CNC controller 5VDC power. Disconnect old cable connectors at encoder and electronics end. Route 617574-01 separately from high-current servo power cables. Secure cable clamps and connectors. Check insulation resistance and shield grounding. Restore power, verify encoder communication and axis position stability.
