Fisher 49B7986X012 is DVC6015 series Fieldvue smart digital valve positioner. It accepts 4-20mA DC signal with HART communication protocol. Function

49B7986X012 is smart digital positioner manufactured by Fisher. It receives 4-20mA+HART setpoint signal, compares with real valve travel and adjusts pneumatic output pressure to drive actuator. Built-in diagnostics can detect valve friction, leakage, dead band and travel deviation. It supports remote configuration and monitoring via HART communicator or ValveLink. It is widely used for intelligent modulating control valve in process industry.

Installation

Follow lockout/tagout safety procedure before installation. Cut off instrument air and electric signal. Mount positioner bracket on valve actuator, connect instrument air tubing and 4-20mA HART signal cable. Perform auto-calibration and full stroke test. Restore air and power supply, run HART communication and valve function inspection.
