Function

ZB110UVSC is BurnerLogix integrated burner control chassis manufactured by Fireye. It combines burner sequencing logic and UV self-check flame amplifier in one compact chassis. The UV self-check circuit continuously monitors flame scanner health status during burner operation to prevent false flame signal caused by sensor failure. It executes full burner cycle including pre-purge, ignition trial, flame supervision and post purge. When flame loss or scanner fault is detected, the controller triggers safety lockout and cuts fuel supply to avoid unburned fuel accumulation and explosion hazard. It supports boiler modulating control and thermal shock protection. Fault history records can be retrieved for maintenance troubleshooting. Installation

Follow lockout/tagout safety procedure before installation. Mount ZB110UVSC chassis inside control cabinet on DIN rail. Install YP programmer module and optional display module. Wire 120VAC power, safety interlock switches, ignition transformer and fuel valve relays. Connect UV self-check flame scanner wiring strictly following Fireye official wiring diagram. Complete burner cold test and firing commissioning, verify flame signal and safety lockout function.
