Function

YP148 is plug-in programmer timing module manufactured by Fireye. It defines the full burner operating sequence and safety timing parameters for BurnerLogix chassis. It supports dual fuel gas and light oil burner operation. User can configure interrupted or intermittent pilot ignition mode, and select main valve energize timing. The module controls pre-purge period, pilot flame trial time (PTFI), main flame trial time (MTFI) and post-purge sequence. If flame loss occurs during firing, 4s FFRT triggers safety lockout to cut fuel supply. Fuel selection signal on terminal 16 switches between gas and oil fuel profiles. Widely deployed for dual fuel boiler burner sequence control and spare replacement.

Installation

Follow lockout/tagout safety procedure before installation. Cut off power supply of BurnerLogix chassis. Insert YP148 programmer module firmly into chassis programmer slot. Restore power, configure pilot mode and valve timing via BLV512 or BLL510 display. Execute cold sequence test and burner firing commissioning, verify purge, ignition trial and flame loss lockout timing.
