FunctionPXMS-15K is pressure transmitter manufactured by Fireye for burner control systems. It captures medium pressure through 316L stainless steel isolation diaphragm, converts pressure reading into standard 4-20mA signal and transmits to Nexus series burner controller. Built-in temperature compensation minimizes measurement drift under variable temperature conditions. It provides real-time low pressure feedback for fuel-air ratio regulation and boiler pressure interlock protection. Widely deployed for low pressure industrial boiler pressure monitoring and spare replacement.

InstallationFollow lockout/tagout safety procedure before installation. Mount PXMS-15K on pressure tapping port via 1/2"NPT thread. Keep proper installation orientation to prevent condensate accumulation on sensing diaphragm. Run shielded two-wire signal cable to NX controller terminals strictly follow Fireye wiring schematic. Complete zero point calibration and pressure signal test during commissioning.
