Function10GB-4-F15-QSF integrates parallel optical transceivers within the cable assembly. It splits the 40G SR4 parallel optical lanes into four independent 10G transmission channels. It supports DDM to monitor transmit optical power, receive power, module temperature and supply voltage. It triggers alarm for optical signal loss, over-temperature or module hardware fault. Used to replace faulty breakout AOC for 40G port fan-out networking.

InstallationPower off before installation. Insert QSFP+ main end into the switch QSFP+ slot. Plug four SFP+ tails into 10G ports of servers or secondary switches. Verify module identification by ExtremeXOS/VOSS, check optical power and port link status before putting into production.
