401-34434-20 is factory pre-assembled shielded servo power cable manufactured by DANAHER MOTION. It delivers 3-phase drive power from servo amplifier to servo motor. The full copper braid shielding reduces electromagnetic interference between power circuit and encoder signal lines. Pre-crimped connectors reduce field wiring errors and shorten machine maintenance downtime.

Installation

Follow lockout/tagout safety procedure before installation. Confirm power is fully cut off on servo drive and motor. Route 401-34434-20 cable inside drag chain where applicable. Connect one end to servo drive power terminal and the other end to motor power connector. Secure cable strain relief and connect shield ground at cabinet side. Perform insulation resistance test before power-on commissioning.
