Function

3.0007B filter PCB is an internal auxiliary board for Baumüller servo drive. It filters high-frequency noise on power and signal lines inside the drive, reduces electromagnetic interference, stabilizes encoder feedback and power supply signals. It protects main control and power stage boards from noise disturbance. It is used to replace damaged filter boards in drive maintenance.

Installation

Cut off all high-voltage power before disassembly. Open servo drive casing, fully discharge DC bus capacitors. Remove old filter board, install 3.0007B and fasten mounting screws. Reconnect all signal and power connectors. Check continuity, power on and test drive and motor operation before formal production.
