Function

This resolver is mounted on the rear of the servo motor rotor. It uses electromagnetic induction to detect real-time rotor angle and rotation speed, and transmits analog feedback signals to the servo drive. The drive relies on these signals to realize motor commutation and precise positioning control. It is used to replace faulty resolvers during motor overhaul.

Installation

Cut off all power of the servo system before disassembly. Remove the motor rear end cover, align the resolver with the motor rotor shaft, fix the mounting screws. Reconnect the resolver signal cable to the drive control board. Complete position offset calibration, test motor operation before formal production.
