Products Description
Automatismes Automation Logic Control Assembly Unit

Module Feature
AUTOMATISMES is the French word for automation / automatic control assembly.
It generally refers to factory pre-wired logic control panel, built with relays, timers, auxiliary contactors and terminal blocks. It executes fixed automatic sequence: pump startup interlock, valve open/close sequence, emergency stop chain, safety permissive and alarm latching. No programmable CPU in basic relay version. Widely used on European skids, water treatment, heating and oil & gas process packages.
Working principle
Input dry contacts (pressure, level, limit, E-stop) energize relay coils following hardwired logic diagram.
Relay contacts change state to trigger output actions: start pump, open solenoid valve, light alarm lamp or send feedback to DCS. Timers add delay for pre-charge, settling time or post-flush. All safety interlocks are hardwired, independent of communication.
Onboard components
DIN rail relay group, timing relays, auxiliary contactors, fuse holders, terminal strips, emergency stop button, status indicator lamps, internal wiring and metal enclosure.
LED indicators
Panel LED for Run, Ready, Fault, Permissive, Alarm status.
Hardware self‑diagnosis
Visual inspection and continuity test of relay contacts, coil resistance and wiring. Logic follows hardwired schematic drawing.Programming softwareNot applicable, hardwired relay automatism.

Operating temperature:-5℃ ~ +50℃ Storage temperature:-40℃ ~ +85℃ Ambient humidity:5~95% non‑condensing
Certification:CE Status:Original European skid automation spare
Installation
Cut off control power before replacement.
Match schematic drawing, verify input sensor contacts and output actuator wiring, test each sequence step and emergency interlock function after commissioning.
Interface
DI permissive/feedback terminals, DO actuator/alarm output terminals, control power supply terminals.
Diagnostic
Sequence not running: Missing permissive condition, relay coil open, fuse blown. Random misoperation: Poor contact, loose terminal, voltage fluctuation. Interlock fail: E-stop chain broken, safety contact bypassed.
