It is designed for driving three-phase asynchronous motors,matched with operation panel and optional brake module. Widely used in conveyor,pump,fan and material handling equipment,for maintenance and spare replacement of legacy SEW drive systems.

Function51A015-503 is compact standard inverter of SEW MOVITRAC series. It adopts V/F control algorithm,receives analog speed reference and digital run/stop signals,generates PWM three-phase output to adjust motor speed. It samples DC bus voltage,output current and power module temperature signal,realizing overcurrent,overvoltage,undervoltage and overtemperature protection. It supports local parameter setting via front panel keypad,stores operating data and fault history. Built-in basic EMC suppression circuit to reduce electromagnetic interference. Terminal block for power and signal wiring,LED indicators on front cover.

InstallationPower off the AC main power supply before installation. Mount 51A015-503 vertically inside control cabinet on metal backplate with fixing screws. Keep upper and bottom clearance for heat dissipation. Separate power input cable,motor cable and low-voltage control wiring. Complete wiring according to terminal definition. Power on the inverter,input motor nameplate parameters,test motor start,stop and speed adjustment function.
