Products Description

Rosemount 702DX32D1I5WA3WJ1M5B4 Discrete Transmitter

Module Feature

702DX32D1I5WA3WJ1M5B4 is Rosemount 702 series two‑channel wireless discrete transmitter. It receives dry‑contact signals from level, pressure or flow switches. Powered by replaceable internal battery, it sends status data via WirelessHART network. Suitable for field points hard to run cables in process plants.

Working principle

The device detects open/close state of external dry‑contact switches. Signal is converted to digital data and transmitted to wireless gateway over WirelessHART. Gateway forwards status information to DCS for monitoring and alarm handling.

Onboard components

Discrete input circuit, WirelessHART radio module, lithium battery pack, switch input terminals, optional LCD display, explosion‑proof housing and seals.

LED indicators

No separate LED. Input status and network information are shown on local LCD, also accessible from WirelessHART gateway.

Hardware self‑diagnosis

Check battery level, wireless signal strength, channel input status, read fault codes via gateway system.

Programming software

Configure parameters through AMS software or WirelessHART gateway. Local keypad supports basic on‑site setup.
