Module Feature

5302HA1H1N4AE00600EBE5M1 is Rosemount 5302 guided wave radar transmitter. It measures liquid level and liquid‑liquid interface, suitable for low‑dielectric media, foam and viscous fluid. It supports 4‑20mA HART communication with built‑in diagnostic function and SIL2 certification. Widely used for tanks and separators in petrochemical industry.

Working principle

Microwave pulses travel along probe and reflect at medium surface or phase boundary. Transmitter calculates distance by time‑of‑flight. Measurement value is converted to 4‑20mA signal, and HART transmits diagnostic data over two‑wire loop. Measurement is independent of temperature, pressure and viscosity changes.

Onboard components

Radar electronic module, HART circuit, optional LCD display, flange base, coaxial probe, two‑wire terminal block, explosion‑proof housing and sealing gaskets.

LED indicators

No standalone LED. Process values and fault codes are displayed on local LCD. Fault data can also be read via HART communicator or DCS.

Installation
