RELIANCE 0-51668-1 Drive Interface Board

System compatibility0-51668-1 is updated revision of 0-51668 drive interface board. Installed inside Reliance DC variable speed drive cabinet,cooperates with main control board and external process controller. It realizes signal matching and galvanic isolation between DC drive and upper process control system. Commonly used for maintenance and spare replacement of old industrial DC drive equipment.

Function0-51668-1 is dedicated revised process control drive interface PCB for RELIANCE DC drive system. Receive analog setpoint and remote command signals from external PLC or process control unit. Perform signal isolation,level conversion and impedance matching. Transmit scaled speed reference signal to drive main regulator board. Feed back drive running status,alarm and fault signals to upper control system. Filter external signal interference to prevent disturbance to drive closed-loop control. Provide bidirectional signal surge protection for interface circuit.

InstallationPower off the whole drive cabinet and cut main power supply. Mount 0-51668-1 board to designated bracket and lock fasteners. Connect screw terminal wiring for external control signal and internal drive signal. Separate analog control wiring from high-current power bus. Power on system,calibrate reference signal scaling range. Verify signal transmission stability between process controller and DC drive.
