MKS 6060A-G12 Rev.A is EDGE series high performance solid-state RF plasma generator. It outputs stable 60MHz RF power for advanced semiconductor plasma processes. Built-in fast impedance matching algorithm and arc suppression protection, high power stability and low reflected power. Digital control design supports remote communication and precise power setpoint control. Function

6060A-G12 Rev.A is RF plasma generator manufactured by MKS Instruments. It supplies high-precision 60MHz RF energy to vacuum chamber to generate plasma. The built-in protection circuit quickly responds to arc events to protect chamber hardware and wafer. Amplifier module failure, fan fault or interlock open will stop RF output and trigger process alarm. It is core high-frequency power unit for advanced semiconductor plasma process.

Installation

Follow lockout/tagout safety procedure before installation. Cut off AC power supply. Rack mount 6060A-G12 Rev.A inside electrical cabinet. Connect AC power cable, RF coaxial cable, interlock and analog signal wiring. Set target RF power, run output test and interlock protection verification.
