Function

T8846 acts as high integrity speed signal conditioning and termination unit for Trusted TMR speed monitoring system. It provides signal filtering,overvoltage protection and isolated interface for 3 sets of rotating machinery speed sensors. Built-in fuses protect field wiring and speed transducer circuits. It supports connection of both passive magnetic pickups and active pulse speed sensors.

Installation

Mount T8846 on standard DIN rail in control cabinet. Wire field speed transducers to T8846 terminal blocks,connect signal cables from T8846 to T8442 speed monitor module. Verify pulse signal quality via Trusted Workbench engineering software.
