Function

T8403 serves as high integrity 40-channel digital input unit of Trusted TMR SIS. It samples field 24V discrete signals and adopts TMR 2oo3 hardware voting logic to judge real input status. It supports 1ms high precision SOE sequence of events recording for incident trace analysis. Each channel continuously monitors open circuit and short circuit faults. It supports hot swap replacement without rack power off.

Installation

Insert T8403 vertically into dedicated I/O slot of T8300/T8314 expander chassis. Connect field sensor wiring to terminal assembly. Check channel status and SOE records via Trusted Workbench engineering software.
