Function

T8300 serves as the high integrity mechanical and electrical expansion rack unit of Trusted TMR SIS. It provides multiple installation slots and triple redundant backplane bus for expander processor and I/O modules. It continuously monitors backplane bus integrity and slot contact status. It expands the main controller’s I/O capacity while retaining full TMR fault tolerant safety features.

Installation

Mount T8300 expander chassis to standard 19-inch cabinet. Insert expander processor and I/O modules vertically into dedicated slots,complete power wiring and expander bus connection,verify communication status and fault diagnosis via Trusted Workbench engineering software.
