Function

S20350-CNS is compact digital servo amplifier manufactured by DANAHER MOTION Kollmorgen. It receives motion instructions from upper controller, drives AKM permanent magnet servo motor in closed-loop control. It supports indexing and electronic gearing for multi-axis synchronous motion. SFD auto-configuration reads motor parameters automatically. Built-in oscilloscope helps engineer tune servo gain and diagnose vibration issues.

Installation

Follow lockout/tagout safety procedure before installation. Mount S20350-CNS on DIN rail inside electrical cabinet. Connect AC main power, 24VDC control power, motor power cable and encoder feedback cable according to Kollmorgen S200 hardware manual. Complete motor auto-setup, servo tuning and motion test after wiring.
