DSM-030 Centurion is high-performance digital servo amplifier manufactured by DANAHER MOTION. It receives motion commands via SERCOS fieldbus, outputs adjustable three-phase power to brushless servo motors. Full digital closed-loop control provides high-precision positioning and fast dynamic response. Removable personality module stores all drive parameters, greatly simplifies drive replacement and commissioning.

Installation

Follow lockout/tagout safety procedure before installation. Mount DSM-030 firmly inside electrical cabinet. Connect AC power cable, motor power cable and encoder feedback cable strictly follow Giddings & Lewis DSM hardware manual. Complete motor auto-tuning and motion test during commissioning.
