Function

Function description: CIMREX30 is a legacy monochrome operator HMI manufactured by Beijer Electronics. It connects to CNC controller or PLC via serial port. Operators can view machine running status, fault alarms, edit CNC parameters and part programs, trigger manual machine operations through membrane keys. Front panel IP65 rating protects against workshop dust and coolant splash. It is legacy operator display spare for heavy CNC boring mills.

Installation

Installation steps: Follow lockout/tagout safety procedure before installation. Cut off 24VDC panel power. Insert CIMREX30 into cabinet cutout and fasten mounting clips. Wire 24VDC power cable and RS232/RS422 serial communication cable to CNC controller. Download HMI project via Cimrex Prog software. Restore power, verify POWER and COM LED indicators, test screen display and keypad operation.
