Module Feature

B37170016000 is a Berger Lahr high precision industrial servo motor. It adopts permanent magnet synchronous motor structure, featuring high torque density, low inertia and fast dynamic response. Built-in high-resolution encoder provides real-time position and speed feedback for closed-loop motion control. The motor winding is designed with thermal protection function, and reinforced bearing assembly ensures long service life under continuous cyclic operation. Equipped with standard power and encoder connectors, it can be matched with corresponding Berger Lahr servo drive system. Working principle

The Berger Lahr servo driver outputs three-phase alternating current to the motor stator winding, generating rotating magnetic field to drive the permanent magnet rotor to rotate. The built-in encoder feeds back rotor position and speed signal to the servo controller in real time. The controller adjusts output current and frequency dynamically to maintain precise speed and position, realizing closed-loop positioning control.

Installation

Follow ESD protection procedure before handling. Fix motor firmly on equipment flange, align coupling accurately to avoid radial and axial offset. Connect power cable and encoder cable to corresponding terminals, complete motor parameter auto-tuning before commissioning.
