Function0-52807 is dedicated tach loss overspeed protection PCB for RELIANCE MaxPak Plus DC drive system. Receive speed feedback signal from tachometer,encoder or resolver board. Real-time signal comparison and threshold judgment. When tach signal missing or motor speed exceeds preset limit value,this board outputs fault interlock signal to cut off drive output. Front panel multi-turn potentiometers for overspeed threshold and signal timeout setting. Dual LED indicators display board power and fault alarm status. InstallationPower off the whole drive cabinet and cut main power supply. Insert 0-52807 protection board into drive rack slot and lock retaining screw.
