It is designed for Reliance MaxPak Plus series spindle DC drive rack,cooperates with VFB voltage feedback board,CLB current limit board and CGSA gate summing board. It executes armature speed loop and current loop closed-loop regulation for DC spindle motor. Commonly used for maintenance and spare replacement of old industrial spindle DC drive equipment.

Function0-51901-A is dedicated ARM armature regulator PCB for RELIANCE MaxPak Plus DC drive system. Receive speed reference signal,armature voltage feedback and armature current feedback signal. Complete speed loop PI calculation and output current reference signal for inner current loop control. Front panel multi-turn high-precision potentiometers for speed loop gain,current loop gain and zero offset calibration. Built-in signal limiting circuit to restrain current overshoot during dynamic load variation. Dual LED indicators display regulator active state and armature loop fault alarm. Signal filtering circuit reduces interference from power unit to maintain loop stability.

InstallationPower off the whole drive cabinet and cut main power supply. Insert 0-51901-A ARM board into drive rack slot and lock retaining screw. Connect gold finger backplane connector for internal signal exchange. Separate high voltage sampling wiring from low-level analog signal cables. Power on system,calibrate loop parameters via front potentiometers. Verify speed response and current limiting performance under different load conditions.
