It monitors armature voltage threshold and provides over-limit protection trigger signal for spindle drive system. Commonly used for maintenance and spare replacement of old industrial spindle DC drive equipment.

Function0-51847-1 is dedicated VLDD voltage limit detection PCB for RELIANCE MaxPak Plus DC drive system. Receive scaled armature voltage feedback signal from CVTC board. Compare real-time voltage value with preset threshold set by front panel potentiometers. Output logic trigger signal once voltage exceeds upper or lower limit value.
