It is revised upgraded variant of 0-51845 PRSA board,designed for Reliance MaxPak Plus series spindle DC drive rack. It supplies stable regulated DC power for all analog and digital control cards inside the drive rack. Commonly used for maintenance and spare replacement of old industrial spindle DC drive equipment.

Function0-51845-1 is dedicated PRSB precision power supply PCB for RELIANCE MaxPak Plus DC drive system. Accepts AC input from drive internal auxiliary transformer. Convert and output stable ±15VDC regulated power to supply all rack control boards. Optimized overvoltage,overcurrent and short-circuit protection circuit to protect downstream control electronics. Upgraded filter capacitors to reduce power ripple and high-frequency noise. Monitor output voltage status and send fault interlock signal once power abnormality occurs. Suppress surge interference generated by SCR switching of power unit. Provide more stable output under heavy load fluctuation compared with PRSA version.

InstallationPower off the whole drive cabinet and cut main power supply. Insert 0-51845-1 PRSB board into drive rack slot and lock retaining screw. Connect gold finger backplane connector for internal power distribution. Separate power input wiring from low level analog signal cables. Power on system,measure output DC voltage to verify power stability. Test the response of overcurrent and short-circuit protection function.
