Function 0-49017-57 is dedicated auxiliary trim reference board for RELIANCE CardPak DC drive system. Generate small adjustable analog trim signal for speed fine tuning. Add or subtract trim signal to main speed setpoint via summing board. Multiple potentiometers for positive/negative trim range calibration. Accept external remote trim input signal for remote fine adjustment. Stabilize minor speed deviation caused by load fluctuation. Output low drift analog trim signal to summing module.

Installation Power off the whole drive cabinet and cut main power supply. Insert 0-49017-57 board into designated CardPak slot and lock retaining latch. Connect backplane bus connector and analog trim signal wiring. Separate low voltage control wiring from high power main circuit cable. Power on system,calibrate positive and negative trim range via potentiometers. Test speed fine adjustment effect with main reference signal.
