Function 0-49011-6A is dedicated SCR pulse driver board for RELIANCE CardPak DC drive system. Receive firing angle command signal from main regulator board. Generate isolated,amplified gate trigger pulses for silicon controlled rectifiers. Control SCR turn-on timing to adjust DC output voltage of drive. Provide galvanic isolation between low voltage control circuit and high voltage SCR power stage. Monitor pulse output status and feed fault signal back to regulator. Suppress pulse interference to avoid false triggering of power thyristors.

Installation Power off the whole drive cabinet and cut main power supply. Insert 0-49011-6A board into designated CardPak slot and lock retaining latch. Connect backplane bus connector and SCR gate pulse wiring. Separate low voltage control wiring from high power main circuit cable. Power on system,check pulse output waveform. Test drive start and speed regulation under no-load and load condition.
