This rack‑mount plug‑in board collects generator‑side voltage, current and status switching signals, executes output drive for excitation protection and auxiliary relay signals. It completes signal filtering and level conversion, transmits valid field data to the main control board, and receives control commands from main controller to drive on‑site actuators. Industrial‑grade EMC circuit design adapts to strong electromagnetic interference environment of thermal power and hydropower excitation cabinets. On‑board LED indicators display channel status, power supply and fault alarm for convenient on‑site inspection and troubleshooting.
