PP835A is a compact 6.5‑inch touch operator panel within ABB Panel800 product family. It adopts space‑saving compact cabinet mounting design, suitable for limited‑space control cabinet scenarios. It realizes real‑time process data display, alarm list management, parameter setting and manual device operation.
Configured by Panel Builder800 engineering software, it can connect to multiple ABB DCS/PLC platforms, and conduct data communication with third‑party automation equipment via Modbus protocol. The front‑panel IP65 protection prevents dust and water splash for cabinet front installation. The resistive touch screen supports operation while wearing work gloves to adapt to industrial site operation habits. RX835 protective touch cover is available as an optional accessory.
It is widely applied in chemical, water treatment, pulp & paper and small‑size process control cabinets. Confirm project HMI program compatibility before replacement. Cut off 24V DC power supply before disassembly and installation. Suitable for on‑site fault replacement and long‑term spare stocking for existing Panel800 HMI devices.
