PFSK142 (3BSE006505R1) is the core flatness control interface board for ABB Stressometer system, matched with PFSK151 and PFSK152 for metal strip flatness measurement in rolling mill production lines.
This plug‑in sub‑rack board receives raw force signals from Pressductor measuring roll sensors, completes signal conditioning, high‑speed data acquisition and flatness algorithm calculation, and transmits flatness distribution data to the main DCS control system. It adopts galvanic isolation design, excellent anti‑interference capability, stably adapts to harsh high‑temperature and high‑vibration working conditions of hot rolling and cold rolling workshops. On‑board LED indicators display power, running and fault status for convenient on‑site diagnosis.
It is widely used in steel, aluminum and copper metallurgical rolling production lines. When replacing spare parts, confirm full part number and hardware revision to ensure system matching. Cut off power supply before installation to avoid board burnout and measurement data deviation. Suitable for on‑site fault replacement and long‑term spare‑part stocking of existing Stressometer flatness control systems.
